The Baltimore Ravens dominated the Houston Texans on Christmas Day, securing a 31-2 road victory and moving into first place in the AFC North.

MVP candidate Lamar Jackson dazzled, completing 10 of 15 passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns, while adding 87 rushing yards and a score. Derrick Henry powered the Ravens’ ground game, rushing 27 times for 147 yards and a touchdown, as Baltimore amassed 251 rushing yards on 43 carries.

The Ravens opened with an eight-play, 75-yard touchdown drive and added a field goal for an early 10-0 lead. Houston’s lone first-half score came via a safety in the second quarter. After a turnover on downs, Baltimore responded with a 99-yard scoring drive, leading 17-2 at halftime.

In the third quarter, C.J. Stroud threw an interception on Houston’s opening drive, setting up another Ravens touchdown. A Texans three-and-out led to a 10-play scoring drive, extending Baltimore’s lead to 31-2. Stroud struggled throughout, completing 17 of 31 passes for 185 yards with one interception and enduring five sacks.

The Ravens’ defense stifled Houston’s offense, while their balanced attack proved unstoppable. The win improved Baltimore to 11-5 and solidified their position as third in the AFC overall.

With the Pittsburgh Steelers losing earlier in the day, Baltimore’s final game against the Cleveland Browns could further bolster their playoff positioning. Despite the loss, Houston (9-7) has already clinched the AFC South and will conclude the regular season against the Tennessee Titans.
